Refunding period : 30 days after order received .

Cancellation period : once order is shipped , we cannot cancel it . but you can ask for a refund up to 30 days after order received .

To get entitled for the refund policy, the following conditions must be met:
·         Products is in its original, unused condition.
·         Blades must be returned in its original box and condition with no scrapes or glue on it.
·         Rubbers must be sealed in its original packing.
·         Clothing must be unworn and unwashed with original tags.
·         Shoes must be in its original condition. You can ship it back using the same box. But please do not place any shipping labels or tape on the original box.
·         All other items must be returned unused in its original packing and labels.

In case if any error regarding your order from Butterfly Saudi Arabia Side:
·         Payment can be fully refunded if needed.
·         Shipping cost will be refunded also (if any).
·         A Return shipping label will be provided to ship back the goods free of charge.
